What AI can and cannot do on this platform

AI drafts, summarises and suggests. It cannot make a decision that affects you.

The boundary

AI cannot reject a tenant, approve a payment, deduct a deposit, terminate a lease or alter a posted accounting entry. Each of those is a decision by a person, recorded against that person.

A deposit is never deducted on an AI classification alone. Deductions are proposed, put to the tenant for review, and can be disputed.

What it does do

Draft listing copy. Draft a tenancy agreement from the clause library. Review an agreement and flag clauses that look unfair or unusual. Suggest a rent range. Classify a maintenance report. Summarise a complaint for staff.

Every one of those is an input to a person's judgement.

Model output is treated as untrusted

Responses are validated against a schema before they are used. If a response cannot be parsed or does not match, nothing is produced.

There is no safe-looking default. A maintenance triage that failed to parse used to come back as medium urgency and general trade, which meant a gas leak could be presented to staff as routine. A missing triage is obvious and gets attention; a fabricated one does not.

Drafting is not advice

Generated agreements end with a statement that they are a template rather than legal advice. Review anything unusual or high-value with a qualified Ghanaian lawyer before signing.

Where an AI provider is used, it receives the content needed for the feature. It is not given your Ghana Card or selfie.
