We block estate agents
Listing requires a verified Ghana Card, selfie and proof of ownership or authority. Bank details must match the verified landlord. Agents simply can't pass.
Multi-level verification
Bronze confirms identity. Silver adds ownership documents and a matched bank account. Gold means we've physically or video-inspected the property and confirmed its GPS.
Automatic fraud detection
We scan for duplicate photos, reused phone numbers and bank details, listings copied from other sites, fake reviews and off-platform payment requests — scoring each account for risk.
Real reviews only
Reviews come exclusively from verified, completed tenancies. No anonymous reviews, no fakes — a reputation you can actually rely on.
Safe payments
Pay on-platform for a receipt every time. We'll always warn you never to pay before viewing or to move money off Domicium.
Report & we act
One tap reports a suspected agent or scam. Repeated abuse reports trigger automatic suspension and human review; repeat offenders are banned for good.
