Is Domicium really agent-free?
Yes. Only verified landlords, owners and authorised managers can list. Anyone found acting as an agent is removed and, if repeated, banned.
How do I know a listing is genuine?
Check the verification badge. Bronze confirms identity; Silver adds ownership documents; Gold means we inspected the property and confirmed its GPS location.
Do I have to pay a year in advance?
Not always. Many landlords on Domicium accept monthly, quarterly or six-month terms. Filter by payment terms in search.
How are payments protected?
Pay on-platform by Mobile Money or card and you get a receipt every time. Never pay before viewing or move money off the platform.
I live abroad — can I still rent?
Yes. Use remote video viewings, verified walkthroughs and digital agreements, and pay by international card. See our diaspora page.
