Renting in Ghana is broken by middlemen. Agents inflate prices, charge “viewing fees” for houses that don’t exist, and vanish once they’re paid. Tenants lose money; honest landlords lose control of their own property.
Domicium is the trusted rental platform for Ghana. Genuine, verified landlords list directly. Tenants apply, communicate, agree and pay — all on the record. Every tenancy builds a permanent, exportable history, and every participant earns a rental reputation that follows them.
