Applying

You need an account. On the listing, Apply to rent opens a short form with an optional message.

1. 1Log in, or create an account from the listing.
2. 2Write a short message to the landlord — optional, but it is the part they read.
3. 3Submit. You are taken to your applications on the dashboard.

What the landlord sees

Your name, your verification tier, the date, and your message. They do not see your identity documents.

The rental passport form does not save yet, so anything you would have put there — employment, income range, household size, guarantor, references — should go in the message for now.

Tracking it

Every application appears in Your applications with its current status. An application is recorded as submitted, and moves as the landlord works through it.

The submission also writes an audit record, so there is a trail of when you applied that neither side can quietly rewrite.

If it is accepted

An accepted application becomes a tenancy. From there, a tenancy agreement is generated from a clause library written for Ghanaian tenancies and signed on the platform, and the rent schedule begins from the agreement rather than from a separate note.

Your tenancy card then appears on the dashboard, with the agreement, the schedule and the timeline behind it.
